Processing Times
Each piece at Silverware Treasures is carefully made, assembled, and packaged by hand.
- Standard Orders: Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be created, processed and prepared for shipment.
- Pre-orders & Custom Pieces: These special items require more time to create. Please allow 10–15 business days for processing.
- Free Upgraded Shipping Over $100: If you spend $100 or more before taxes, your order will automatically upgrade to free shipping. You will be provided with a tracking number.
Shipping Within Canada
I ship all domestic orders via Canada Post, UPS, & Purolator.
- Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- Tracking: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable to your chosen shipping method).
International Shipping
Please note that all orders placed outside of Canada are temporarily on hold. Due to evolving international tariffs and shipping regulations, I am currently only shipping within Canada. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Delivery
Free contactless delivery is available within Barrie, Ontario for orders of $30+. Local contactless delivery is for residential houses only. If your address is an apartment, condo, or outside the zone, you will be contacted to arrange standard shipping or a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of the jewelry, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please ensure you review all product details, custom requests, and sizing before completing your purchase.
Shipping Disclaimers
While striving for timely delivery, Silverware Treasures is not liable for shipping delays resulting from carrier issues, inclement weather, or high seasonal volumes once the package has been handed over to Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.
